The Concurrent 7 Warning and 7 Adaptive Trends

Posted by at 5:37 PM  Thoughts from Stephen  Comments Off on The Concurrent 7 Warning and 7 Adaptive Trends
Aug 202013

There are several topics which stand as key trends or ongoing processes, which, in current vernacular, are: tipping points of human evolution and “canary in the mine” warnings of planetary health. Remember, evolution does not specify, let alone guarantee, advancement or improvement. The next step in time may be one culturally in reverse. If you’ve ever waltzed, you know that the dance continues even when one is backing up.

The following list we term the 7 Warning Trends and the 7 Adaptive Trends; or the 7 & 7, for short. The first set of 7 explore what Michael signals as contracting the race into a fearful state and ruining the planet’s capacity to support diverse life: especially human life! These occurrences are spurred on and sustained by the World View III, an emotionally adolescent attitude based on the drive” “as long as I get mine.” This motivational stance is known in Michael circles as the Young Soul Paradigm.  Continue reading »

Guns Don’t Prevent Authoritarians, They Facilitate them!

For those of my friends who continue to throw around the word Fascist or Fascism, I find my anger growing since my father fought REAL Fascists during WWII, and paid a price with physical injury and depression that took his life early. I consider his sacrifice the reason that I was spared having to go to war. Thank you, Dad.

In an effort to utilize the LIBERAL education that my father fought so hard to preserve, let me give you a brief set of definitions and clarification about what Fascism is and is not.

The Election of 2012 and Beyond

Posted by at 5:37 PM  Thoughts from Stephen  Comments Off on The Election of 2012 and Beyond
Nov 122012

Is anyone else glad that the election is complete? I am. Even with Michael’s assurance from every Channel in this teaching that President Obama was going to get re-elected, and delay a leap backwards to the Baby-Young soul taint represented by the current, plutocratic Republican party, it is a relief to have it behind us.
The day before the election, I got this input from Michael.
[Michael] Worry over the progress of the Mature Soul advance is not necessary though understandable for you as Personalities. The rate of change and the direction it might take in its implementation is a function of the interplay between intention, dedication to act from it, and finding ways to erode the fear of change that has so plagued this election year. Remember that Stubbornness, the primary Chief Feature of 2012 that has been acting upon you, is the fear of the unknown and fear that one cannot cope with change, as much as it is a recalcitrance to remain fixated in some perceived secure place. Across the world, the mentality that money=worth=deservedness has dominated as a central theme in financial capitalism. Many, still do not recognize that a full structural change to the economic system of your world must occur. Starting with a rejection of this belief.

Mitt, Mohammed, Teachers, and Tension

Hasn’t it been a tumultuous 2 weeks? Anyone reading this article and keeping an even a sideways glance on world events, presented in mainstream and alternative media alike, knows that the Arab Spring has become the Arab storm. And, in the US, the controversy about a home made film depicting Mohammed, the founder of Islam, as a lecher and pedophile, which ignited tensions and religious intolerances ready for such a spark, has also brought the discussion of America’s First Amendment guarantees of freedom of religion and freedom of speech into poignant debate. While teachers in Chicago assert their rights of workers to bargain collectively for fairness, members of the powerful seek to stifle their rights to free speech denigrating the strike as a blow to children. What a shaming? Then, Presidential candidate Mitt Romney employs a New Age-ism as a slur about half the population of the US, calling them victims who feel entitled to government support. Unfortunately for the rest of us, Mr. Romney apparently has never heard of the historic concept of the social contract. Apparently, the only contracts he concerns himself with are the ones he breaks with employees of the companies he gutted at Bain (bane?), or those oaths of allegiance to his has pledged to his ultra-wealthy constituents.
