After years of living and seeing what people do in the name of God or the Spiritual Life, I’ve come to a simple conclusion: We are already Spirit! Whether that is defined merely as the atoms that comprise our bodies, or a more metaphysical belief that we are “children of God.” Our journey here on Earth as living beings is the only certainty that we can know. The why of existence, whether projected from religious doctrine or scientific speculation, is still no more than glorified or generalized opinion. Continue reading »
The Dirty Dozen of Isolation
by Stephen J Cocconi 2009©
To my Men friends and clients:
I have been one of those men who you could say: walked the “road less traveled.” It has seldom been glamorous, yet often perilous both socially and financially. While it has been a most rewarding journey, it has sometimes been lonely and often frightening.
I AM MY ONLY ME! (And you, yours.)
I AM my only ME. By Stephen Cocconi © 2007
I am the only me I have.
My life is the only one that God granted me.
Within myself is the only place that I have ever verified truth or falsehood.
My body is the only one that I shall ever get, and I know I abuse it sometimes.

Pet Consciousness, Our Connections, and Familiars
As to animals. A couple of items tickled me to comment, since I love pets and feel so connected to animals. (If I were to have continued down one life path, I would have been a biologist or zoologist…love that stuff!) In regards to relationships with animals, pets particularly, this is how I’ve come to understand it.

On Beliefs and Narratives
My determination and use of any or all belief system(s) is best expressed by author Joan Didion: “we tell ourselves stories so that we can live.” My own conclusion about the human mind is that in absence of other stories or narratives: archetypes, myths, histories, belief systems, or theories; our minds would otherwise take whatever available material and manufacture one for itself. Analogy of Global Warming
Deniers of the idea of Global Climate change citing the greater number of cold weather events ought to be given this analogy.
A refrigerator requires electricity (heat) to run the motor. That motor produce exhaust. To prove this to yourself stand behind your refrigerator. The cold generated by the heat is a compensation effect. Our Earth is encountering this phenomenon.
So the next time you encounter an “unbeliever” just tell them to go stand behind a refrigerator. And when they complain about the heat, just remind them that the hotter it gets, it will get colder soon enough!
Four Realms of Incarnation
Channeled by Stephen Cocconi
Introductory Note: Owing to a great many students requesting elaboration on this topic for the last couple of years, I was motivated to really quiz Michael about such things as Angels, Faeries, the Realm of pure rationale. What I received will be posted over the course of the next month.
By the way, the Fourth Realm is what they call Terrestrials (Earthers).

Types of Abuse, Intimidation, and Coercion
by Stephen Cocconi – Channeling Michael – 1996-2012
Abuse is a vague word. It is vague because there are so many ways in which it can be perpetrated. At its foundation is an experience of pain and suffering that someone is unconsciously transferred; enlisting someone else (almost always less powerful) in the torment as to diffuse it inside themselves.
