Course Overview:

Human lives are a combination of many factors. Our innate temperament, our environment, and the degree to which we have been nourished or starved by circumstances, have left indelible marks upon our psyches. What we are exposed to is metaphysically said to be a choice. But do we actually foretell the consequences and conclusions that follow or how we feel about them? Most likely our free will to adapt and Essence’s authentic quest for evolution truly can only be ascertained from the results of actual experience. And, honest reactions are not planned! They are felt: sometimes with curiosity, sometimes with pleasure, sometimes passively, or sometimes in pain or shock resulting in peak experience or trauma. Yet knowledge gained from education, role models, and repetitive tasks also contribute layers to the many-faceted Self we become. In the Michael Teachings, we give this broad spectrum of learned influences the term: Imprinting. Learning the spectrum of your personal and social imprints can reveal the multifaceted inputs that refract your Soul’s light into Personality and yes, into Ego as well.

Purpose And Desired Learning Objectives:

This course is designed to present terminology and scenarios as mirrors for you to observe and reflect upon. In calling up this scrutiny it may change your relationship with those imprinted models of behavior, adopted attitudes or beliefs, and generational by-products of being human in the 20th and 21st Century. Presentations are oriented from a variant of the Orthodox Michael Teachings (OMT) known as the Applied Michael Approach™ (AMA); which emphasizes knowledge of your personhood for effective utilization of Self and the emergence of a Humane Being.

The aim is to enable the student to recognize their patterns, making it possible to determine for themselves, the effects, uses and value of various imprints. Those from conformity that might suppress one’s potential for living, but also realize the golden nuggets that some learned imprints nurtured innate talents and led that person to authentically manifest their Overleaves, Soul Age or Life Task; or unleashed their ability to self-actualize (aka. Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs).

Course Framework

Each session will be between 60-90 minutes in length divided between lecture, discussions and small group dynamics. The course will include weekly handouts and take home exercises. Exercises will include visualization, written essays, hand-drawing, music listening and selections, family investigation and research, and review of historic events that have locked significant memories into your psyche. As an added course infusion, each week I’ll introduce a primary maxim of the Applied Michael™ Approach offering a new imprint for you to consider. (Ex: Week 1: “All Trues are True: For someone, for some purpose, for some period, for some learning.”)

Price and Details

Join co-presenters Michael’s Consortium and Channel Stephen Cocconi in these multipart investigations where each week we add to existing information and further unravel the entanglements that operated in shadow and bring them into the light. The Course is $175 when registered before July 3rd. Thereafter $225. For those financially challenged may pay at $20 per class weekly before it meets.* Course recordings will be available for those unable to attend individual class evenings and downloads of the materials are offered as well.
